Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection to pleasure. It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment.Hatred is a deep and emotional extreme dislike. It can be directed against individuals, groups, entities, objects, behaviors, or ideas. Hatred is often associated with feelings of anger, disgust and a disposition towards hostility.They both link into emotion the only difference is the physical reaction is different. Love and hate are similar but not the same, my point is that love can cause hateful acts and using Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar and Robert Browning Porphyria’s Lover I will show you the effects of love and the hate it brings. 

Cassius persuaded Brutus into wanting Caesar dead.“I do fear the people choose Caesar for their king” this was the first sign of Brutus’s begrudge behavior towards Caesar, but still not a hateful action was made.“That you do love me, I am nothing jealous; what you would work me to, I have some aim” this is where friendship and respect are should by Brutus, these are two factors which link in with love.

In Julius Caesar love is shown by Brutus towards Caesar . “If there be any in this assembly, any dear friend of Caesar’s, to him I say that Brutus’ love to Caesar was no less than his” Brutus loved Caesar like a brother , but couldn’t stand the wrong he was doing so this result in a hateful act towards Caesar . A conspiracy was formed to take down Julius , full of people who loved him so much that the had to kill him. “The only way is to kill Caesar. I have no personal reason to strike at him—only the best interest of the people. He wants to be crowned” this is known as altruism , worrying about others and their well-being . Brutus’s love for Rome was greater than the love towards Caesar this made Brutus and honorable man , because what he done wasn’t a selfish act and the people agreed.

“For Brutus is an honorable man ; so are they all , all honorable men , come I speaking Caesar’s funeral”  For a hateful act love has come from it , Brutus done what no man dared to do for the greater good of the people . Julius Caesar was seen as a dictator , King , Friend and even adviser but he was a man playing god , he’s cockiness was he down fall. “But I am constant as the northern star, Of whose true-fix,d and resting quality there is no fellow in the firmament” This is Caesar showing his brash being consumed by his position in the hierarchy, at this point this is where it is a thin line between love and hate .

” I could be well moved, if I were as you “ Caesar’s attitude towards his people was impudent, he though of himself as a GOD and his people lower than himself. ” Et Tu, Brute ? “ Brutus loved Caesar so much that he hated him, Brutus stood by him and supported his decisions.“Let’s be sacrifices, but not butchers” There was hesitation to kill Caesar not out of dismay but respect , Shakespeare shows that if you love someone in any way and you do a grim act towards them  it takes a toll on them mentally as well as physically. 

Porphyria’s Lover shows unrequited love,by hateful actions, ” Blaze up , and all the cottage warm “ the speaker man’s it sound as if Porphyria changes the very atmosphere in the room , meaning she is significant  this is a sign of love . The speaker denied inflicting pain on Porphyria ” I am quite sure she felt no pain “ so blinded by love that he committed a hateful act . Love is presented as a problem by Robert Browning, the speaker describes Porphyria as a child would describe Christmas, with excitement and joy but yet how is she died ? The fact that the speaker is talking about the event after its happens but in the last quote uses present tense. ” All night long we have not stirred,and yet ,God has not said a word “ he feels as if judgment has not been appointed yet this is when self-hate starts to surface and regret is a default emotion causing him to think about what he done. Robert Browning is showing how love is received and processed . The reader  is recalling the event until the end where he speaks in present tense, ” and thus, we sit together now ” this shows he killed Porphyria before he started the story. ” Yet God has not said a word! “ this is where the character was looking for forgiveness.

The definition of prison is a building to which people are legally committed as a punishment for a crime or while awaiting trial but I think I should be a system that is meant to safely rehabilitate a convict so they are able to be integrated back into normal society. The prison system is broken. Men and women have to live and breathe in a cell for a limited amount of time and should be able to do this as safely as possible.

In 2011 the BBC filed a report about Wandsworth prison saying that it is ” unsafe and demeaning ” . The prisoners were locked up for up to 22 hours a day because there were high levels of self harm and gang related fights. On 29 January 2015, Channel 4 went to HMP Pentonville to see the living conditions of prisoners; inmates were using mobile phones inside the jail and were also selling illegal narcotics within the jail walls. Most prisoners were convicted for drug trafficking and were transported to prisons where it is easier to sell then if there were in the outside world.

The problem with prison is that there is a congregation of criminals with various crimes from various backgrounds, meaning you are incarcerated with strangers. This is the atmosphere the National Crime Agency want criminals to live with and they are meant to rehabilitate themselves so that they will never end up in this predicament again. Certain people can take this in the wrong way, some learn better ways to commit crimes and some learn that crime is not a form of entertainment or a good way to obtain funds.

Prisons have a segregation wing, this is an area of the prison that you go to if you have been behaving badly or you are a threat to yourself and others around you. In 2014, 82 inmates took their own lives, this shows the mental strain that is placed upon the prisoners from the atmosphere they call home. The prison should have security protocols in place to make sure that things like this do not happen. I know the purpose of prison is to punish those who have broken the law, but what needs to be understood is that these prisoners are normal people and have rights like everybody else even if they have broken the law. Once the police have you in custody it should be their responsibility to keep you safe regardless of what crime you have done.

I think that conjugal visits help the rehabilitation process, being able to talk or touch a loved one gives you that bit of freedom you should have as a human being. Prisoners are able to play music in their cell and can have pictures of friends and family this can help to motivate an inmate to behavior in prison; but can also anger the inmate because they can see and hear what they are missing.

In my option imprisoning people is basically treating human beings like animals , I was taught that an eye for an eye is the best way to handle a situation; for example if you steal you should have something of equal worth taken from you that way the law is fair.

I believe that prison is not a good form of rehabilitation; as an inmate you are made to live around fellow inmates and are expected to change into a good Samaritan. This can be effective if the right plans are put in place, this all comes down to the government. You should be able to get a form of education and a source of food and exercise; but the fact that prisoners can obtain drugs and weapons means that the prison system is faulty and needs to be fixed.

There is a thin line between love and hate . This in a sense is a coin heads and tails , relationship have a equal amount to balance it out if not it would only go one way . 

I think he loves porphyria so much that he hates her . She gives her self to him , giving him no challenge which causes him to feel to wanted . This can cause emotions to be mixed , and physical outburst are an result

A Decade ago a journalist named John Humphrys wrote an article about language and how it has developed due to its surrounding. Language is different in each generation, generation meaning people that were born in the same time. My father is born in the early 70’s and I’m born in the late 90’s therefore we are in different generations this poses a problem because technology makes us talk in different ways and is sometimes hard to understand .

This is John humphrys point , but it’s not that language is changing , its evolving to the generation which is current . John Humphrys is from the 40’s an era that was at a technological disadvantage, technology was just introduced people were not used to it .

As the years went by language changed with technology , the first IPhone was invented in 2007 this is when you could see a change in the way people was speaking and also writing . The funny thing is John was born in a time were  words could move and army towards or away from conflict , compare it to today where social media is how people fight these days . Words are one of the most powerful things in the world , they can be used as a solution or can be a cause of a problem . I think language evolving is good aslong as the meanings stay the same . For example in slang terms calling someone a ” Pagan ” is a form of insult but in a normal context it is a person holding  religious beliefs , such things as this need to be sorted out because it will create confusion. The problem with changing words  is that the generation before will not understand but the new generation will meaning the two will loose communication because the will not understand each other. This effects education , students can talk some much but are not able to apply it in a written form this is also the other way round meaning either the teaching is bad of the students surroundings are not helping them to develop there clarity and vocabulary.

Computers have an automatic spell check now , which can be a problem because there are certain words that are not officially in the dictionary so there are corrected but the problem is they are words that are commonly used by the new generation for example accordionated , meaning being able to drive and refold a road map at the same time . This is not a word which is know to me and would sound confusing .

I don’t know this word because it is not accept as one but doe that make it a word or not ? , John Humphrys point is that language is different and there is nothing body can do because we are all different and do not take in knowledge and the same pace . I agree that language is changing and the youth are controlling it socially but my one question that I have , is that wrong ? . I don’t understand spainsih doenst mean it’s ridiculous , either I learn and communicate with those that speak the dialect or I don’t communicate it is simple to see that the only reason John Humprys wrote his article is because he doesn’t understand what youth people say .

The English language will not change because of text messages being abbreviated , education teaches you standard English so you can read , write and , speak so aslong as education is provided language will not change only evolve. You sometimes hear people complaining about the use of the term “language evolution” when what people really mean is historical linguistics, language change or the cultural evolution of language. This is why the Urban dictionary was created to everyone can be understood and not have to conform to the same things.

Why have i changed ? why am i emotionless ? it’s like I’ve gone through reverse metamorphosis from butterfly to caterpillar . What is wrong with me ? Is there something wrong with me ?  I’ve tired to be a saint , but i am a solider . Is this my purpose , covered in green like a guardian of nature .

Our unit moved out of Tango Urilla the task was subtraction . We were the zebra’s not because of the animal but the color , we were full of  good and bad men , but us knowing was pointless , We were men of chaos with a purpose of harmony , we were lost souls in heavens playground , Hades lap dogs in Zeus cage.

All my life I’ve been in situations like this. I have tried to avoid it but it just happens. In the space of a one year, I’ve moved from twenty to forty homes, all this because of what I’ve seen and done.

It all started thirty years ago, 1836 in New Orleans. Me and my family just moved from Italy, well I say moved, we were cast out. See I was going through ‘the change’, something that happens to my family members when we go through puberty. My alpha, I mean father, is training me to control myself during the change. It’s so boring all we do is climb, run and meditate. Before we moved to New Orleans he told me this, “You will see things, things that are strange to you. Do not get involved.”

I asked him “What will I see?”

He looked at me and for some reason I didn’t want him to answer.

Before I trained, my mind was wild and unorganised. I was having random burst of rage following black outs, sometimes I would hurt people and not know why. No school wanted me in the country. I didn’t want to leave Italy, it’s the foundation of my bloodline, my ancestral home,  but my body is changing so my home must.

I am starting to feel different my senses have improved. I can hear the first droplet of rain as it crashes to the ground, I can smell pheromones of animals and see even the smallest of insects. Sometimes using these skills affects my body and drains my energy, my alpha said I need to learn to control before they are used, he said using these skills without practice could drain my life force. My alpha has a sort of control over use we must obey it is pack law, beta’s and omega’s obey and alpha’s lead.

At Least my pack is friendly but there is one we call Merrick, he’s not like the rest of us, he quiet, he keeps himself to him self. His eye’s are silver, this might not seem strange to you but everyone in the pack have hazel eyes, except the alpha his are red. Merrick is different compares to the rest of us, but I don’t mind him.

Today’s the day, the full moon.This is were I will ‘ change ‘ am I scared ? Extremely but I can’t avoid this moment so I’m scared but ready. I have imagined what it would be like to change. The pain, my body being tested to its limit, my temperature rising my body expanding.

My alpha sat me down and explained what would happen, he said my body will change and I will be reborn, remodelled as my true self,the animal within my soul,the big bad wolf.

This is the world , a place full of war , solider fighting for a cause that is clear to them until the point of death then the thought of war becomes clouded .

Army’s of men marching foward to what they think is victory and glory  but will be Chaos and death but to the leader of the army that has a thurst for war a nothing else causing his most deadicated men to follow him init the battle field with odds 3 to 1 to the soldiers knowledge each of them think they are surrounded by veteran killers when they are recruits joining because most of the men are dead so more body’s are needed for this endless war

” I am very bothered ” the very in the title makes it should like sarcasm like the person is not taking it seriously , the person could of said ” I am extremely concerned ” which sounds like the person actually cares about the subject  .                                                                                       ” o the unrivalled stench of branded skin ” you brand what you own the person is seemed as a ” slave ” this is sense of pain but yet the pair are married ” if you would marry me ”                     He write this because he was regretting you can pick this up because it is past tense , he is looking back and feeling sorry for his actions.
